Cannot get past step 4 of 5 on Wifi Setup (Configure Wireless)

I have the Wifi Setup window up.

I type in my Wireless Security key (yes, it is correct). I click on "CONNECT" and a box pops up that says "waiting for printer to connect to the wireless network". It loads to 100%. Then, that box disappears.

After a short bit, in the Wifi Setup window, the "Connect" box changes to a "Finish". However, that "Finish" box is shaded so that I cannot click on it. My only options are to go "Back", or "Cancel".

Hi ,

Kindly download the latest HPLIP 3.20.3 - https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing
And try again once more.

OR:

Can you try command 'hp-wificonfig' in terminal and let us know if you are able to configure the printer.

If you know the IP address assigned to the printer then you can run command 'hp-setup <IP>' in terminal to configure the printer.
