My printer is not printing. stuck "processing page"

Asked by Jose L. Walteros

Hi,

I just purchased a HP_OfficeJet_Pro_9015 printer and I am trying to set it up. I am running Manjaro (5.5.8-1-MANJARO). The printer seems to be installed correctly (wireless set up); Majaro recognizes the printer and even the scan features work perfectly. However, the printer does not print anything. It gets stuck and it says "processing page". I ran hp-check and got the following output:

Execute the command 'driverless'. This gives you a URI to substitute in

  lpadmin -p 9015 -v URI -E -m everywhere

to set up a print queue. Test the queue with

  lp -d 9015 /etc/nsswitch.conf
