Printer driver needed

Please give the outputs of

  avahi-browse -rt _ipp._tcp

and

  avahi-browse -rt _uscan._tcp

with the device on the network.

I'm working on that, but having issues with the command line for
Installation. It reads:

./Downloads/hplip-3.19.10.run

But I'm not certain if it should be a sudo command. As-Is it does nothing.
Any thoughts?
