Basic installation unsuccessful

Problems around step 8 :

Sorry, but do not know what to do, cannot see where the problem comes from.

What output do you get for the command

sudo apt-get install --assume-yes python3-pip

12.04 !!!!!

A seven year old OS. Expecting support for printing on it is optimistic. Update.
