Trying to install the latest version of HPLIP, I get error.

I am using Linux Mint 19.x and I need to install HPLIP again. I removed it because it wa sno longer printing anything.

I downloaded the latest version:

hplip-3.19.11.run

But, after running it form the command line, I get:

Why is this getting errors and how can I get it to work?
