Faulty Test Page fails when scanned

Replaced cartridges on HP Office Jet 6950 and printer fails to print correctly. I selected "Align Cartridges" and this gives a faulty test page which the printer cannot detect and therefore fails when scanning the page.

At the moment the printer is unusable. Whereas the time before I needed to replace the cartridges, it previously worked perfectly.

This printer is now working correctly after I replaced the HP black ink cartridge from another local supplier. So the problem was with the previous ink cartridge which was a genuine HP cartridge.
