HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw support?

I own a Color Laser MFP 179fnw printer. I see that it's not listed in the supported printers list, although other similar MFP 179 models are. And indeed, I couldn't add this printer on Linux. Will it be added, and if so, when? (Note that I've switched to Windows since then, partially because of this, so I won't be able to test any proposed solution.)
