CM1312nfi MFP Fails To Install - Manjaro XFCE

I am ultimately trying to print from my Thinkpad T450 running Manjaro XFCE to this HP Color Laserjet CM1312nfi MFP over USB.

I downloaded the hplip-3.19.8-plugin.run (and .asc) from https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/plugins as downloading them from within the program always failed. Here's what happened in terminal when I tried to install it.

I sometimes also get an error similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/hplip/+bug/1813768 where it'll say

error: Python gobject/dbus may be not installed

Any help would be much appreciated.

For some reason now it works.

Ran:
sudo pacman -Syu hplip

Then tried printing something, went to the HP Device Manager, under the specific printer, Printer Control, and clicked start printer and now it's working. Thank you everyone for your help!
