HP-Setup reports 401 error code

HP-Setup reports 401 error code. Cannot continue with wireless printer installation.
Wireless adapter not turned on. (Yes it is)
I'm running Linux Mint ver. 19.1
With an HP ENVY Photo 6255 wireless printer.
