Wont print maragin

I tried setting up an DeskJet 7355 printer, and it printed the test just fine, but when printing a pdf, it wouldn't acknowledge the .5 in margin. Using Ubuntu 18.04, and Document Viewer to send the print. Using the HP software, and uploading the file game me the same problem.

I was using USB. I found that direct print works just fine. How can I get that to work with USB?
