HPLIP

help to set up new HP 5255 printer

my pc came with windows 10 64bit and i recently installed the Linux mint OS. My older HP printer worked with this configuration but broke. I brought a new HP officejet 5255 and just cannot make it worK?? Is this printer compatible with Linux, do I need new drivers
or down loads. PLeeeese help. going crazy!

Hi,

HP officejet 5255 is not supports by HPLIP. Hence it will not work with HPLIP driver.
