Teal color prints blue on my HP6700

My PC is a Dell Inspiron 546 and I am running Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon. My printer is a HP Officejet 6700. When I print a picture of my wife in her teal colored dress, it comes out blue. She is not happy as she spent hours picking out the teal dress. How can I make my printer print the dress in teal and not blue ??
I have done all the usual stuff like cleaning and aligning printheads and am using HP color cartridges.

Can you please install latest driver from HPLIP website and check if the issue still continues or not.
