Hi ,

You can download latest hplip driver and plugin from below link:

https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing
https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/plugins

After installing the driver please add printer either through USB or through network. You can scan by giving hp-scan in terminal or through xsane.
