HPLIP

There is a problem with the printer or ink system, I have turned the printer on and off several times and have replaced the ink twice but still comes up with printer failure

I have a HP Officejet 6600, It is old but I love it, It has been the best printer I've ever owned

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it or could you tell me if I can still buy a new one just like it?
