Error HP color laserjet M750 on RHEL 6

Asked by Anoep Lachman

Dear support,

We are trying to configure an HP Color LaserJet M750 printer on a RHEL 6 server with cups. We get the following error :

Set job-printer-state-message to "Unable to write print data: Broken pipe", current level=ERROR

We have already update the firmware of the printer to the latest level. We can print to other HP printers. It seems to be that only the M750 gives us issues.

Please advice.

Regards,
Anoep
