Blue Background On Every Print Job

Asked by Kevin Blythe

OS: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Software: HPLIP-3.19.1 (from HP directly)
Computer, drivers, kernel etc are all up to date.

Problem: I have a BLUE background on EVERY page I print from a PC. It does not happen when printing test pages, diagnostic/status pages, but always when I print.

I have checked my settings and I can not find anything that I am doing differently from just days ago before I reformatted. I have already reset things and removed HPLIP and reinstalled, as well as reset things on the printer itself. It doesn't make sense.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
