Can't overcom Printer queue setup failed.

All of thr errors from building using "./hplip-3.18.12.run" are :
error: Printer queue setup failed. Error : successful-ok-ignored-or-substituted-attributes
error: Fax queue setup failed. Error : successful-ok-ignored-or-substituted-attributes
Then there is a final error:
error: No system tray detected on this system. Unable to start, exiting.

The problem was in the permission in the /etc/cups/ppd directory. They need to be readable by anyone, ie other.
