HP Printer error problem

My printer says it is out of paper but in fact it is not out of paper! I keep getting this error message and there is no paper jam either. This only started happening after no issues. It does print if I put something under the glass to copy it. If I print from my computer it will not print anymore...but has the error message: Out of Paper.....etc.

I have Ubuntu 18.4 LS distribution
My printer is HP ENVY 5540

Hi Cathy,

Please confirm error is prompting on the printer control panel also? Please share hp-check and hp-log-capture logs
