printer will not print file

I am not able to print a simple, one-page document file. Clicking on the printer icon I saw a list of documents waiting to be printed. I canceled all the files, however, one of them would not cancel. I suspect that file is preventing other files from being printed as well.
I have rebooted the computer and the printer but the problem persists.

if problem still exists, reinstall the driver and check
