Secure print issue on Ubuntu

We installed HP M525, M725 and many more printers on Linux Ubuntu 64-bit. Then shared and connected them on windows system. Now when we use secure print function for pin to print from windows it works fine for all document types except PDF, for PDF it do not go to stored job on printer but directly prints without waiting for PIN entry. Also we are not able to print duplex print on PDF only rest document types is working for duplex. We have used HPLIP-3.18.7 till HPLIP-3.18.10 versions but, all are failing for above solutions. Please check and help us because our 752 customers out of 2857 customers are using linux operating systems and they all are facing this issue. customers are varies from corporate, SME, banking & finance, law & CA firms. We expect solution for this on priority.
