hplip installation problem in ubuntu 14.04 showing dependency error

I have HP-MFP M128FN printer. It is already installed in ubuntu 14.04 and showing in cups and hplip but when we doing printing command its not printing showing printer status idle rendering completed

and when i want to update or reinstall hplip its showing dependency error like pyhton-devel, cups-devel, libusblibtool, cups-image etc even i am installing hplip in fresh ubuntu 16.04 showing same while installing.
