Hi ,
HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 device is yet to be supported in the HPLIP driver, will discuss this request with team and get back on the support plan for this model in the future HPLIP releases.

in Ubuntu 18.04.1 only the printer, not yet the scanner.

Have made some workaround or it works by default?
Do photo printing and duplex work?

The printer worked by default and I have not tried the photo printing nor the duplex. I've only used it for normal office prints. I have not had time to investigate if all functions work. sorry
