How can I erase the HP Icon on menubar?

How can I erase the HP Icon on menubar?
I can make it, but only for this session. I want to erase it forever!

In the next release of HPLIP (or a future release if it doesn't get included for some reason) there will be enhanced control over the systray icon and you'll be able to disable it as you need.
