Hi,

Did you install the "hplip-3.18.9.run" file. If not run "sh hplip-3.18.9.run". Then do "hp-setup" to add the device and not "sh hp-setup".
It should work. Let me know if you face any other issues.
Note : You can ignore the warning 'Failed to load canberra.gtk.module'.

Regards,
Srinivas Teja.

Hi Srinivas,

Yes, I had installed the "hplip-3.18.9.run" file, and had run "sh hplip-3.18.9.run".

When I ran "hp-setup", without the leading "sh" this time, the process worked without any issues.

I have successfully printed a page to the HP Color Laser Jet Pro m252dw.

Thank you for you assistance with this self inflicted issue.

Regards,
tk
