hp7740 A3 is not printing areas bigger than A4

I just bought a hp7740 to print A3 images, but there is no option of A3 paper size to choose when sending to print. I tried a personalized size and the printer cut the image at the end of the A4 area. I'm using Linux Mint, hplip 3.16+repac. What to do to print an A3 image with Linux?
