HP printhead appears to be missing or installed incorrectly. Followed all of the steps to fix it and it does not fix it. What do I do next?

I have the Officejet Pro 8610. I have been gone for about 2 months. Now it comes up with a an error code 0xc19a0023 which is the printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.

i have followed all the instructions to fix it but it doesn't. What do I do next?
