communication device code 5012 comes up when i am trying to print

When trying to print all of a sudden I get a "communication device issue code 5012" message and under it a " printer is rejecting jobs code 702"
I have no idea what that means. And now the top line says "idle" but still won't print.
Help please. What do I do? I am NOT computer/printer savvy. I think it should print when I hit print.

Can you please let me know which printer model and HPLIP version are you using while giving the print..?
