HP printer does not connect after installation of Ubuntu 18.04 and HPlip 3.18.6

I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 18.04 . My HP Printer was installed and working earlier. I have reinstalled
HPLIP 3.18.6 and reinstalled the printer. However the printer doesn't connect, there is a "communication problem"
I have submitted a bug report.
Can you help?

Hi Krishnarajulu.

Looks like plug-in is not installed properly.

Could you please run "hp-plugin" command. It will download and install plug-in automatically.

If you still face any issue. Please let us know.

Thanks. I went through CUPS to do just that and it worked.
