HPLIP

ink cartrige is stuck on the right side

I have gone through the trouble shooting steps several times and does not correct the problem. It made a loud noise at the end of printing the last time my wife made a copy. We were wondering what the noise was and now we know that the cartrige was making that noise when it returned to home position and now I can not get it to move even while pushing on it to the left to dislodge the carriage.
