how can I connecet HP inkTank 410 series printer to 16.04

I want to use HP inktank 410 Series printer on Ubuntu16.04LTS . folling error

 HPLIP Checking for Configured Queues....
warning: Fail to read ppd=/etc/cups/ppd/DeskJet_4530.ppd file
warning: Insufficient permission to access file /etc/cups/ppd/DeskJet_4530.ppd
warning: Could not complete Queue(s) configuration check

Checking for HP Properitery Plugin's....
No plug-in printers are configured.

Checking for Printer Status....
error: 'DeskJet_4530' Printer is either Powered-OFF or Failed to communicate.
Turn On Printer and re-run hp-doctor

Diagnose completed...

Hi,

Currently HPLIP driver is not supporting HP inkTank 410 yet. This is the reason why the printer is not configuring.

Please find the list of printers supported by HPLIP,

Thanks for Answer , Is there any other solution , so that I can use same printer , Because changing printer is not possible .
or I have to use it on my another XP machine?.

We will discuss this model support addition in HPLIP with team and update. You can try configuring the printer in the mentioned XP machine.
