THE SCREEN OF MY HP PRINTER IS IN BLANK

I CANT USE MY HP OFFICEJET PRO 8600 PRINER BECAUSE THE SCREEN IN WHICH YOU TELL THE PRINTER WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS IN WHITE SO I CANT SEE ANY OPTIONS. I TURNED IT OFF AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON TROUBLESHOOTING AND NOTHING HAPPENED

Hi Kathy,

Make sure that the printer is properly connected to a suitable power source and follow the below steps:

 1. Press the Power button to turn off the printer.
 2. Disconnect the printer's power cord from any power strips and then plug it directly into a grounded wall outlet.
 3. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, and then try to use the menu to check if the printer control panel is functional.

If the same problem continues please contact the hardware support team of this printer model through the hp.com portal as this seems more like a hardware issue.
