The printer does not print. Bought a new cartridges. Fresh paint is filled. Versions of Ubuntu 16.04 LTC/Xubuntu with different versions of Hplip were used. Different USB ports and other hardware were used.

Hi,

Can you let us know whether you are facing any issues in installing the hplip driver in your distro?
Run the command "hp-check -t " in terminal and upload the output for our further analysis.
If any there are any cartridge related problems, please contact the hardware support team for resolution. Here is the support link for your device:

Hi,

Run a command 'hp-check -t' (space between hp-check and -t)in terminal and upload it for further analysis.
