HPLIP plugin software code

The open source nature of HPLIP has allowed OS2 programmers to port
   the software to OS2 (or ArcaOS as it now is). It works very well
   and has solved a major problem with OS2 printing. HOWEVER, the
   proprietary plug-ins needed for a number (increasing?) of HP
   printers debar OS2 users. Could you please release the source code
   for the plug-ins.

The plugins are not open sourced and the source code cannot be uploaded in the website.
