Undate to ver 3.16.3 return checksum error on SCAN plugin install?

Install went well on lubuntu update until install of SCANNER PLUG HPLIP for HP CM1312nfi MFP. THe download keeps indicating a checksum error and never installs.
I have looked on the forums and seen the problem but cannot find the plug in file so I can manually load it. (I will need instructions for this too.)

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Normally, the checksum error occurs when there is a network interruption during the download of the plugin. We have verified that the plugin files on the server are not corrupt. Please re-try installing the plugins or you can download the plugins manually from below link.
