HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus -Error "there is a problem with the pirnter or ink system"

 power off/on as instructed this did not resolve issue. Then instructed to contact HP.

The printer worked fine, last week.
what should I try?

Hi,
The issues related to ink or hardware need to be checked with the hardware support team.
