No install for the Mint 18.2 officejet pro AIO

No package right now is working for my OfficeJet Pro 6978 AIO Mint 18.2 is there any help here?

This is all I'm getting.
error: Package install command failed with error code 100

Can't find these at all.
Following dependencies are not installed. HPLIP will not work if all REQUIRED dependencies are not installed and some of the HPLIP features will not work if OPTIONAL dependencies are not installed.

With absolutely no help from any of you I when back to ver. hplip-3.16.9, I installed 3.16.9 and then updated to the newest version.
Thanks for nothing.
