Debian 8.9 support?

Hi! :-)
Is Debian v8.9 supported?
HPLIP release page reports that Debian8.8 supported, but doesn't says anything about 8.9.
What now? What version can I install?

PS. Repository version is known to be buggy and it isn't an option.

Hi ,

We have not supported Debian 8.9 until now , it will be supported in the future release, So please install any previous version of Debian.
