HPLIP

New HP LaserJet MFP M26nw will print but not scan.

Installed HPLIP 3.17.10. Printer prints great but all scanner software cannot find scanner.

I used the HP software, installed by HPLIP (it uses sane). I have tried simple-scan with the same results.

Is there a step I am missing, or does the HPLIP driver support scanning in Linux (Ubuntu Mint 18.2 Sonya)?

We currently don't support scan functionality on this printer due to some limitations.
