I spent over $350 and purchased a three year HP tech support contract SPECIFICALLY to get the HP Officejet 477 dn printer to work on this computer. I called to get it done and I am told they don't give phone support for Tails and Tor browser which is what I have!
So I was told I have to post my question on this site. I did that 24 hours ago and what? NOTHING!
I of course and not happy about this and I am begging help from someone. Please.

What operating system? Which version?
Does the printer work in other applications?
How is the printer connected (direct cabling or network access)?
