Error printer hp-laserjet p-1102w hplip plugin. printer not working

I type in "hplip plugin and I get "bash: hplip: command not found"
I type in "sh hplip-3.17.9.run" and I get "bash: hplip: command not found".
Where is Administration tool or what is it?
I am using Debian 8.9.
Can you help me get this printer working.

Unable to get HP Laserjet P1102w to print.
I am using Debian 9.2 I was using Debian 8.9. But I had a spar hard drive so I put Debian 9.2 on it. I downloaded Hplip 3.17.9 and put it in to a folder named hplip and then went into a terminal/console and this what happened:-

I have again come to a stop.
I have EPSON Workforce WF-3640 (inkjet) it works well. Installed it self grate.
