Unable to connect to printer-office jet pro8600

All of a sudden, it stopped printing. I tried unplugging and plugging the power cord. It still did not work. The screen says then you should call for help. So I am contacting you

Earlier, for printing if you put stack of papers on top of rom where the paper slides through, it gets jammed. So I had to put the paper one by one on the bottom for printing or scanning. It is time consuming.
