Hplip on ubuntu cannot detect laserjet p1102w printer

I have a Laserjet p1102w printer which all PCs in my house connect to via Wifi. When I try to setup the printer with HPLIP, it can't detect the printer. Sometimes I can setup the printer, but after a reboot HPLIP can no longer detect it. I tried using the Printers app included with Ubuntu MATE and the HPLIP Toolbox, neither can detect the printer. Any help?

Can you please check whether you can ping the device after reboot?
