hp c3180 bad print

Hello guys, I'm here because my HP Photosmart C3180 inkjet printer does not work as aspected. It prints text quite good but does not completely print image and many titles. The printed document is not like the preview. This problem occurs with Xubuntu 15.10, but with Windows 7 and Windows 10 too. Only with Macbook the printed page is like the preview. Is there a reason?
