cannot print 4x6 photos on deskjet 3060 - gives error in lcd

cannot print 4x6 photos on deskjet 3060 - gives error in lcd. If i press the resume button it ejects the unprinted paper.

upon trying to print, it takes the paper part way in and stops until I press resume.

It will copy a 4x6 photo just fine, but will not print from computer.
