HPLIP on Android

Hello guys.
I'm trying to print from android programmatically using USB connection. But my problem is I don't know anything about printers drivers and communication, I'm very beginner on this topic.
What I want to know if it's possible to port HPLIP to android and start sending files to the lib to print or the second option is to port the C/C++ code to Java and create my own logic.
What do you guys recommend for me?
