ink is filled, but only printing out in a pink color. Can get the colors to print like they are suppose to.

The ink in my printer is filled with each of the 4 cartridges. When I try to print the colors are not mixing and I am getting a pinkish color.

How can I correct. If I cannot get an answer - can you give me an idea of where I can take my printer to get fixed.
