I have a totally full spreadsheet that when I try to print it, my printer says there is nothing to print, that the page is empty.

Asked by Cyndy Deardorff

Open Office Spreadsheet program, trying to copy on my printer. Printer works fine on everything but this program and it's only since I tried to adjust the boundaries to get the spreadsheet to fit on a piece of paper instead of two and I can't get it adjusted back. It keeps telling me it cannot print because the page is blank and I'm seriously looking at eight columns of figures. How do I get it to go back to the original?

Try creating a new blank spreadsheet file and copy and paste your data into it. If it still won't print, try pasting in the data without formatting.

By the way, since it prints everywhere else, this really isn't a printer problem. If my suggestion didn't work, ask this question in an OpenOffice forum.

Good luck
