Ibrahim,

This project (HP Linux Imaging and Printing) doesn't support Ubuntu specific problems. Although the Launchpad tool is used by Ubuntu for bug tracking. You can search Launchpad for the Ubuntu project, or you can post your question to http://ubuntuforums.org
