Deskjet F4180 prints everything in green
1. Your Linux Distribution and version: Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron
2. Your printer make/model: HP Deskjet F4180
3. If possible, run 'hp-check -t' and post the output: Look at the end of the message.
4. A detailed explanation of your problem: I have installed the printer, although the .ppd that HPLIP offers is for Deskjet F4100. The printer is plugged to the Ubuntu PC and I share it in a network with a Windows system that can print normally through the network. The problem comes when I want to print from my Ubuntu system. Sometimes it rints part of the webpage in black ink, but now it always prints in green ink and even the test page comes out in green instead of black. I am using non-official cartridges, but the problem can't come from here, because printing from Windows through the network is correct.
I addition, it frequently tells me that the printer is running out of ink, although the lights in the printer don't blink.
I have upgraded HPLIP to v.2.8.9 but the problem is still there (by the way, after doing it, the printers administrator of ubuntu has dissapeared).
5. Steps to recreate the problem: N/A
Herewith I enclose the "hp-check -t" command output:

Note: hp-check can be run in three modes:
1. Compile-time check mode (-c or --compile): Use this mode before compiling the HPLIP supplied tarball (.tar.gz or .run) to determine if the proper
dependencies are installed to successfully compile HPLIP.
2. Run-time check mode (-r or --run): Use this mode to determine if a distro supplied package (.deb, .rpm, etc) or an already built HPLIP supplied tarball
has the proper dependencies installed to successfully run.
3. Both compile- and run-time check mode (-b or --both) (Default): This mode will check both of the above cases (both compile- and run-time dependencies).
