multifunction C5280 - Center image on CD/DVD

I want to print on CD/DVD with a C5280, using the CD/DVD loader.

The driver enables it, and when I try, I works.

The image is not at the center on the CD/DVD, it covers half of it and the CD/DVD loader is printed too. I have tried different images on different sizes, nothing works.

My question is: how could I print correctly on CD/DVD?

What application are you printing from? Also please run hp-check -t and post the output.

I've tried to print from Kolourpaint.

The matter is that, it is not my own printer, but a friend's. I'll be able to visit her and run "hp-check -t" while printing next week.

We used to supply templates for glabels, however glabels has changed their template format and it not longer works. We are working on defining the cd/dvd label printing process and will have better instructions in the near future.

Don't now if it has been fixed, but I found a hack: after a few trials, I have been able to create a .PNG image with two circles in it.
When printed, these circled are correctly centered on the CD, the big one is the border of the CD, the small one is the hole, and it's easy to use this image and draw between the two circles, so that the drawing is perfectly printed on CD-ROM. Something like a hand made template ;)
